We're currently seeking to fill several Monday - Friday day shift CDL-A positions, with drivers starting around 0500 and home every night. We offer a competitive compensation & benefits package, along with a clean fleet of later-model tractors and 53' dry van trailers.
          
Compensation & Benefits:

• Starts at $24.00/hour with overtime after 45 hours.
• $40 weekly attendance bonus starts your first full week.
• $1,200 sign on bonus
• $1,500 referral bonus
• Anthem medical, dental, vision & life insurance available after 60 days.
• Receive 2 days of PTO at just six months, and accrue from there.
• 401k with 3% company contribution at 1 year.

In-Truck Technology

• NO driver facing cameras or audio recording devices.
• Forward-facing dashcams & telematics installed for your protection.
• iPads provided for communication with dispatch.

Position Details

• Start at our brand new terminal in Cincinnati off Este Ave. and deliver freight both locally, and out to Columbus, Louisville, Indianapolis and surrounding areas.
• All palletized no-touch freight, with some drop & hooks.
• A typical day will start around 0500 and last around 10-12 hours. Our current fleet averages 50-55 hours per week.
• Voluntary overtime available for those looking to earn more.
